Since 1872, Arnac-Pompadour has been the home of the state-owned French National Stud Farm, devoted principally to the breeding of Anglo-Arab horses. On it's 333 hectares, this, the largest stud farm in France, is home to a breeding stock of 85 stallions, 50 heavy horses, and 35 ponies and jumping horses. Haras, 19230 Pompadour.
